Celebrating our 2019 WebAward Winning Client Partners
The WebAward program is the longest-running annual website award competition dedicated to naming the best websites in 96 industries while setting the standard of excellence for all website development. This year, Hanson is thrilled to announce that three of our client partners are among the 2019 WebAward winners!
RiteRug Flooring, a specialty flooring retailer headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, won Best Retail Website for their redesigned website, a retail-based digital experience that supports in-store, in-home, and online shopping preferences. This award is the highest in the industry, exceeding the industry average in design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, and ease of use. The judges had the following comments about the site: “Great site. You’ve made a complicated navigation very easy” and “Shop online is done well.”
Pfister, a manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen faucets, shower systems, showerheads, accessories, and other fixtures, won an Outstanding Website WebAward for their redesigned site featuring a new brand personality, friendlier user experience, better filtering, and new product and support content that helps homeowners and trade professionals get what they need quicker. The judges took note of these new features, commenting: “I like Pfister Faucet’s helpful shopping tools for consumers, the user experience is ideal for homeowners and trade professionals needing access to the technical specifications and product information they need quicker. The site redesign is bold and functional, I love the new product videos,” and “True to its mission. Compelling and exciting.”
Oneida Foodservice, one of the world’s largest designers and sellers of tabletop products, won an Outstanding Website WebAward for Plate Envy, a visualization tool that helps restaurateurs bring their vision for the perfect tabletop to life by guiding them through a virtual tabletop experience to help them confidently select the perfect dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for their restaurant. The judges’ comments included: “Really impressed. Navigation is extremely intuitive, design is clean and sharp and, perhaps more importantly, the experience loads FAST.”
